Eminent Domain Abuse - Sunset Hills, MO - A story of hollow homes and lives left in limbo

From the St. Louis Post Dispatch a story about how the lives of Sunset Hills homeowners have been disrupted by Eminent Domain Abuse. Tax Increment Financing (TIF) was used to enable this abuse.

I have come to the same conclusion that MEDAC advocates. There should be no compromise. The Missouri State Constitution should be amended to prevent use of eminent domain for both blight and economic development.

The law allowing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) should also be repealed.
